On a road rally, you follow precise directions as you drive over lightly traveled, public secondary roads at legal speeds. On some rallies, the directions include exact speeds to travel; the object is to arrive at checkpoints along the route at exactly the right time. On other rallies, you may have to answer questions about things you see along the way or draw playing cards at each checkpoint. Rallies require at least two people per car: a driver and a navigator.
